l'Eli PUESS ASSOCIATION Cumstchuhch, February 12. At the Supreme Court to-day, Samuel Ford pleaded guilty to a charge of having broken into and entered the dwelling of Max Hirschbcrg and stolen a bicycle, jewellery, and silver ware to the valuo of £6O. He was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. William Baxter was acquitted 'on a charge of makiug a false oath, by swearing that he did, serve Alexander Cross with a summons. S. Elliott was convicted of indecent exposure, aud was sentenced to three mouths' imprisonment. Paul Lalingki was acquitted on a charge of committing an unnatural offence.
