Welmnuton, February 15, Tli« Premier, on Tuesday, cabled to the High Commissioner re tke position of the butter market iu London, and yesterday received the following cablegram from the Commissioner:—" Heplying to your enquiry of the 13th, the butter market continues steady, and the outlook is generally satisfactory, the present market height being 1065."
