ANNUAL MEETING. | PEE PHESS ASSOCIATION. I Auckland, February 14. ' The annual meeting of the Congregational Union of Now Zealand began to-day. In the afternoon the Committee received tho annual report, which was read by the Eev, W. Day, secretary, in the course of which it was statod that the quostion of church extension had been constantly before the Council, and certain centres had been visited and reported upon, but so far nothing definite had been done. The Committee felt it was to be the question of first importance, and expressed the hope that the incoming Committee would regard it as of vital and urgent interest. It was loarned with joy that Wellington friends contemplated commencing work in new district.
