The hearing of the divorce ease, of Mary Auue O'Brien ami John Jaines 0 Jirieii, was continued to-day in camera before the Chief Justice and a common jury. The jury, after several hours' deliberution, found ou the issues submitted thai respondent had committed adultery in July or August, li)l)o, and that an allegation as to adultery with a certain woman in 181)3 was not proved. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute at the expiration ol three months The questions of co.4s and alimony were reserved for argument.
