NATAL ACCEPTS NATIVE ASSISTANCE.
Received 11, 12.15 a m. CirETOwx, February 13. The Natal Government lias accepted llie chief of Umveli's offer to supply natives to assist in eapluriug the rebels, uuiubering fifty. All others are quiet: The but tax has been unfailingly paid heretofore. Those paying it will not pay poll tax, which, apart from a similar impost on European and other unmarried adults, chiefly affects young bloods, not owning kraals. General Hildyard, Pretoria, offers unlimited troops.
