COMPANIES' ACT PROSECUTIONS.
PKlt Pit ESS ASSOCIATION, Wellington, February 5. In the Magistrate's Court Dr MrArthur S.M., gave judgment in which several companies were charged with failing to supply the Registrar of Companies with an annual list of members, aud a summary specifying particulars required by Sections 101 of the Companies Act, 11)03. The prosecution had not pressed for a heavy penally, and His Worship indicted a line of 20s, with £3 10s costs in each case.
