The sta'ement foi- the tOtli week of the Xew Zealand Utility Poultry Club's Egg Laying Competition at Lincoln College shows that 584 tags were laid during the week, making a total to date of 2(i,uio. The following are the best totals for tile week:—w. 13. Cowlishaw (Black Orpingtons) 31,, T. H. Shaw (Leghorns) 28, P. C. Hack (Silver Wyandoltes) 27. The best totals to date are:—H. Hawk (Wynudolles) 1033, .J. Maim (White Wyahdottes) !)i)7, J. |[. Shaw (Brown Leghorns) 8115, H. 15. M. Evan (Silver Wyandottcs) 823.
