An amended scale of contributions was adopted. The committee reported that the claim of tholilicefton Brigade, on behalf of Firemen I'otls, for accident allowance could not be entertained. Secretary Scantlebury, of licefton, was elected President, Messrs. King and Boycs (Nelson) Vice-Presidents, and Mr Gilbci'd, of Napier, was re-elected Secretary and Treasurer. Messrs.
