Two of the men, it is alleged, went in and amused themselves tormenting Hit Chinamen. After a scrimmage tho men got away, two going one way and two in another direction. The Chinamen followed the two said to have taken tho money. They returned to tin place and another scrimmage is said tc have ensued, the money being scattered about. The men went oil again, fol lowed by the Chinamen, who though they still had the money. Meantirai neighbors gathered and the poliei were rung up. The police passed twi men of whom they took special notice and captured the two who had re turned, and then set out after th others, who had obtained a cab. 11l i short time the four men were in th cells
