Wool-sainj sou sixty ollicers of irregular forces at Johannesburg ure calling a meeting of irregulars who participated iu the war for the purpose of protesting against jany tampering with tko principles of the constitution. London, January 30. The " Times" Johannesburg correspondent says by jerrymandering with the constitution the Government would please the Boer leaders, who deeido clearly iu favour of a Ki'ugcrian regime. On the other hand by accepting the constitution as it finds it, it would at least allow the colony, without prejudice, to work out its own salvation.
