The general Immunol' of the National Bank of Now Zealand lias received cable ndvii'c from Londou to the effect that (he Board of Directors have resolved to make an issue of 50,000 of unissued shares of £7 10s each in the capital of the Bank. The shares will be issued to existing shareholders iu the proportion of one new share for every two shares now held a( £;f 10s per share, of which £2 10s will be capital and ,tl premium. Full particulars will be supplied to shareholders by circular early iu March.
