THE KAPANUI COLLISION.

The Nautical Court in connection : with the Claymore-Kapanui collision suspended the certificate of Captain Southgatc, of the Kapanui, for twelve months for improper and negligent navigation, and ordered him to pay the costs of the enquiry. Notice of appeal was given.
