WELLINGTON *WOOL SALES. Dalgety & Compauy, Ltd., repori having held their third sale of the season in the Art Gallery- There was a large and representative attendance of buyers. The total offering comprised about 9000 ba'es, as .'gainst 8000 at corresponding sale of >t year. Our catalogue totalled 1680 les. Bidding was very spirited roughout the sale, and a large por'.'-a s sold under the hammer. Fine d 'gbt crossbreds were slightly easier : price, but other sorts were firm at t sale rates. For one parcel of jbs we rea'ised ll 'd, which topped ■ market. Pieces, dead wool, ete., re firm at low rates. Some of cur ding sales were as follows . ■3.
