RAILWAY COLLISION.
A Wellington telegram states that two passenger trail.? collided near Dannevirke, owing to one train passing Matamau station instead of awaiting th» other train. Both engines were damaged and three waggons derailed, but no passengers were hurt, The lino | is now clear.
