NEEDED REFORM OP JUDL GIAL COMMITTEE. London, December 10. The Times emphasises the need for reforming the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, on the grounds that the bulk of the appeals emanate from self governing communities, often involving the settlement of disputes of profound interest locally, and being mostly appeals from the decisions of judges trained as efficiently as those of the Motherland.
