EFFECT OF TREATY WITH JAPAN. Deceived 17, 4.39 p.m. Ottawa, December 16. Early inclusion within the Anglo" Japanese commercial treaty of 1804 will give the Canadians the most favored treatment in the Japanese markets. Japan secures corresponding benefits, notably the cessation of harrassing anti-Japanese legislation in British Columbia.
