ACTIVITY OF THE LABOR PARTY. Received 15,10 p.m. - London, December 15. The Parliamentary Committee of the British Trades Unions' Congress has appealed to the workers to vote only for candidates pledged to the Trades' Union programme, and willing to assist Labor to win its natural rights, includa higher standard of living. DATE OF DISSOLUTION. Received 15, 10 p.m. London, December 15. Sir H. Campbell-Bauucrman addresses the London Liberal Federation on the 21st inst. at the Albert Hall. The dissolution is expected to take place on January 8. Earl Elgin, replying to the Agent Generals' congratulations, said he would do his utmost to promote the interest of the Empire.
