Tom Albert Jackson, a hin ker, but formerly rangcf for the Mouut Albert Road Board, surrendered on bail to take his re-trial (the jury having disagreed at tho first trial) on a charge of having assaulted a 16 year old girl attending the New Market Cookery Classes last February. Accused was found guilty, and romauded for sentence.
