Shackelford moved :- •'That, in addition to two circuit stewards, circuits employing move than two ministers liavv the right to tin addi-; tioiial representation according to the number of ministers, lint no circuit to hare more than three represent at ires besides circuit stewards. The proposal was carried. On the motion of licv. .las. T. Pinfold a resolution was carried asking Conference to urge the (.ioveriiment lo make the lotalisator illegal, and requesting all members of the church to discountenance, by every means in their power, the baneful influence of gambling. ________
