» A SOLICITOR BEFORE THE COURT. PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. Ddnbdin, December 13. Mr Justice Williams reserved his decision in the case in which F. Z. Moore, a solicitor, was called upon to show cause why he should not be struck off the rolls or suspended for alleged professional misconduct in proceeding against a coal merchant, under a judgment summons, when he had no authority, or after any implied authority had - beon withdrawn.
