TRESPASSING ON A RACECOURSE.
A TECHNICAL DEFENCF. [Per Pkess Association.] Dukbdin, December 5\ At the Police Court to-day Thomas Butler- and James Houlihan were charged with trespassing on Tahuna Park ou the occasion of the recent trotting meeting. A technical defence was set up under the Public Resorvos Act, and it was contended that as a question of title was raised the Court had no jurisdiction. Mr Graham, S.M;, reserved his decision in both cases,
