A meeting of the. committee of the Club was held on I'Viday evening, Mr Kliis, in the absence of Mr Paul, presiding. Messrs Thompson and Angus were appointed caterers for the luncheon at the Christmas meeting, and the Town Rand were appointed to [day. Three new members were elected. Mr Lepper was appointed to take charge of thy ambulance arrangements. Mrs MeJssac's tender for the publican's booth on the racecourse for the meeting was accepted. The Stratford programme was passed, subej; t to slight alteiations in the i emulations. The following gentli'inei.'s licenses were granle 1: - Me.-si.-, John Sexton, .las. lirown and A. J. Oilriooll.
