ELECTION will be held for thtj return of n qualified person to serve as MEMBER for the said district; and that lie latest day for receiving NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES will be the twenty-eighth day of November, 1905 ; and that the poll, if necessary, will bo taken at the several polling placed of the said district on tho tilth day of December, 1903.
