MERIT REWARDED UY UOOItT Oi< The acknowledged good qualities and success of SANDER ami SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT have brouglil out many imitations, and ono ease was just, tried in the Suineite Court of Victoria, before his Honor Chief Justice Sir J, Madden, K.C.M.U., etc. His Honor, in giving judgment, said that whenever an -article is Commend>'il to the public tiy reason of its lOod quality, etc., it is not permissible to imitate any of its features. He restrained the imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to pay all costs. We publish this to afford the people an opportunity of protcctinj; themselves, and of securing what, is proved beyond all doubt by skilled witnesses at the Supreme Court of Victoria, and hy many authorities during the last, 3d years to be a preparation of genuine merit, viz. : THE fiENUINE SANDER & SONS' PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
