Shapurje Edalji that if lvis sni's conduct continues good 'he will bo released on license in October, 1906. The father replied that he was wholly dissatisfied with the decision. Tho evidence proved) an alibi, and the prosecution 4ta<l not proved its caso. HiS' son was 'lnnocent, and entitled to an unconditional and immediate release. (The son was 'scwtonced to seven years in 4">etobor, 1903, for maiming Cattle.)
