The House resumed at 7.30 p.m. Mr b'cddoii moved the second reading of tlie Commissioners Act Amendment Bill, to remove technical obstacles in the Wuy of the-appointment o( three judges of the Supreme Court, who are being appointed to inquire into the system of audit. An objection was taken to the provision that the proceedings of the Commission shall be sub judiee, and when the Bill was in committee the Premier agreed to this clause being struck out, The Bill wat put through its final stages on the voices. Mr Seddon moved the second reading of the Education Act Amendment, Bill. ~- "W
