Kew Zeilind Team li EnglandFourth Yictory LONDON, Sept. 28. The New Zealand football team met a team from 'Northamptonshire today, and defeated them by 32 to nil. The colonials crossed their opponents' line eight times, and four of the tries were converted. The match attracted 6000 spectators. The colonials entered their opponents' territory immediately after Oho kick-off, and within the first quarter of an hour Mynoit (Taranaki) secured first blood. The Home team: were unable to stem the repeated charges of the colonials' vanguard, which was carried out with great combination, and. in the first spell were continuously on the defensive.. Tries were obtained in quick succession by Hunter (Taranaki), Head (Southland), Harper (Canterbury), and then Hunter again crossed the line.

At the last meeting of the New Zealand Union's Management Committee it was decided to write the Taranaki Union- regretting that in spite of the English Rugbv Union's ruling that the practice could not be sanctioned, the referee in the match Taranaki v.
