HORSES REQUIRED FOR SOUTH AFRICA

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Sept. 33. The Governor has received the following cable from tho High Cooanistriornr 'or South Africa : —About 500 horses will bo required for the South African Constabulary between now ami February.
