MONDAY, SKIT. 25, IMSHOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. The House met at 7.30 p.m. The whole .off the evening was devoted to the consideration of the Estimates, and various odds and ends that x bad been beM over from the previous Sitting were dealt with. In the.course of discussion, Mr Seddon said he feared there was not much cbaace of the question of the abolition of the totalisator coming on this session. Considerable discussion tools plied regarding the Cook Group, daring which llr Mills stated it was the intention of the Government to sell the island steamer, Countess of Ranfurly
