Execution of the Ringleaders tßeceived Sept. 19, 9.50 p.m.) St. PETERSBURG, Sept, 19. Details of the execution of four of the Prouts sailors in the square at Fort Constance, Sehastopol, show that several hundred sailors from the ships that mutinied, guarded by infantry, were lined upon three sides of the square, the troops being ordered to shoot if any of them made the' slightest The firing party was selected from the fellow mutineers of the four condemned men, who died with great fortitude.
