Cholera Outbreak in Prussia.
-100 Balls in Austria. (Received Sept. 3, 9.32 p.m.) LONDON', Sept. 5. Forty-three cases of cholera, 15 of them (atal, have occurred in East Prussia. Two hundred deaths arc reported in Austria. The Local Government ltoard ad-" vise caution lest the disease be introduced into Great Britain from the Baltic and North Sea ports.
