When the New Zealand boxing team was in Brisbane, the roast of "The Visitors" .was proposed by Mr T. Wcllsby, who coupled with it the names of the New Zealand and New South Wales managers. Some amusement was caused in the Wellington City Police Court the other morning by an inebriate who has a very long list of convictions. asked to plead, he said : "Well, your Honour, I feel quite ashamed of myself.
