DISTURBANCES IN RUSSIA.

PEASANTS RAID A PRISON AX EffiIGHTENED CONSTITUTION WANTED. St. PETERSBURG, Aug. 31. There is a peasant agitation in Finland, in the Saratovsatara district. Cossacks and infantry have been sent. Peasants in the Warsaw district raided a prison and murdered eleven thieves, wounding 50. The remainder appealed to the thieves in Warsaw for protection. The latter fired several villages. Some Liberals hope that M. de Witte will return as Prime Minister with an enlightened constitution.
