Three hundred and forty-two professors of Odessa are abstaining from their duties unttl the people are given all civil rights and the universities receive academic autonomy. Other universities are imitating the example. BERLIN, Aug. 29. The Vossische Zeitung reports that the Chief of Police at Cienstockhowa (Poland) was killed by a dynamite/ bomb, and several tystmders severely injured.
