German Welcome to British Fleet.
(Received Aug. 30, 0.49 a.m.) BERLIN, Aug. 29. The Germans are genuinely interested in Admiral Wilson's squadron. The eager visitors were welcomed aboard. Admiral Koestr and the officers of the German fleet, which outnumbers Admiral Wilson's, present at a dinner at Swineiuunde given' in honour of Admiral Wilson and his oncers, gave the friendliest toasts. The Kaiser inspects the fleets today.
