Mrs Primrose, I'oUltoii's hoUSCI- - Contradicted the evidence of Mrs McPike as to two men forcing their way in and assaulting Poulton. Mrs Possvrlwaite said two men came to the house, and her tried to push one of them out, but U-'yond tJiat she heard no nltercation. Albort M. Moorb stated that on tihe night in question he and Alfred Watts visited the hbuse about 10.30. but only Stopped about five minutes, o na :lid not enter the house. Watts corroborated this statement.
.The jury returned a verdict thai deceased died from a "diseased and fatty heart, in the natural way.
