The Orpen Case.

Sntsieed to Three Tears Primer OnrSemtj. (Per Prw Association.) AUCKLAND, Aug. 23. Dr. Arthar Herbert Orpen was convicted at the Supreme Court to-day of performing an illegal operation, Sod Wis Sentenced to three years' imprisonment. Prisoner is 73 years of age. This was his second trial, the jury yesterday failing to agree.
