The Law on Land Subdivision
DUNEDIN LAND AGENTS PROTEST. (Per Press Association.) • DUNEDIN, Aug. 22. At a meeting of land agents, solicitors and others interested, to consider the position of sub-divisions of land as regards the width of streets, a resolution was passed "that the position of thejaw regarding sub-division and dealings with land, is intolerable, resulting in the; paralysis of settlement and the sale and Jlurchase of land." A strong committee was appointed to go into this matter and Mr Millar's Public Works Amendment Act, and to report.
