Horses.—On Friday at the Durham Yards heavy draughts made from £37 10s to £4l ; medium do., £lB 5s to £32; light harness, £6 10s to £lB ; hacks, £4 10s to £2O ; weeds £2 10s to £B. At Hukekohe on Wednesday dairy cows sold front £4 10s to £9 15s ; quiet heifers, £4 to £8 5s ; empty cows, £l 10s to £4 2s fid ; calves, £1 Is to £2 4s. Beef, sold well; steers, up to £9 ; cows £4 10s to £6 10s. On Tuesday, at the Newmarket Yards, cows at profit ranged from £4 10s to £7 5s ; dry cows, £1 10s to £3 12s 6d ; calves, £1 2s lo £2 12s. Fat cattle, yarded in full numbers, met a steady sale at scarcely last week's rates. Sliecp.—Wetners soM front 18s 1 3d to £1 8s ad ; ewes 15s 9d to £1 5s fd ; hogp>ts, 8s 9d to £1 Is 6d.
