REPRISALS IN RUSSIA.
THE EXILED MAYOR. A THOUSAND ARRESTS IN TWO DAYS (Received Aug. 14, 9.31 p.m.) St, PETERSBURG, Aug. 13. Professor Yaroschcnko, Mayor of Odessa, was exiled for participating in the Zcmstvos Congress in Moscow, representing the Odessa municipality, which he resigned owing to his exile. One thousand revolutionists were arrested, at Warsaw on Friday and Saturday.
TWO YOUNG BOYS EXECUTED. For Firing on Iroops. Bomb Kills Several People. (Received Aug. 14, 11.21 p.m.) St. PETERSBURG, Aug. 13. Two hoys at Odessa, aged 15 and 13 respectively, were publicly executed for firing from their father's iiouse on troops passing. A bomb thrown in the streets at Bylostock killed several persons..
