Arraßgements for the Tenders. (Pet Press Association.) CHRISTCHIiHCH, Aug. 10. The architects for the buildings for the New Zcalund International Exhibition are to confer with the building committeo on all quest inns of dosign, extent, and general details of the. buildings, and their construction. The committee and the Executive Commissioner arc to have full power to amend tho plans and specifications. Tho architects are to be notified t,o accept instructions in accordance with the foregoing, subject to the views of the colonial architect being duly considered.
