The House met at 2.30 p.m. The whole afternoon was taken up by the debate on the petition of the Treasury officials for an inquiry into [■he voucher question. EVENING SITTING. The House-resumed at ,7.30 p.m. Local Bills were under consideration the whole evening. The Eltham Borough Drainage and Water Supply Empowering Bill passed through committee.
