The Muscat Dispute Award.
(Received Aug. 10, 0.40 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 9. The award ol the Hague Tribunal in the Anglo-French difference, declares that France has not, since, 1891, |jccn entitled to authorise Muscat subjects to raise the French flag unless such bad been French proteges Wore 1863. Dhows under French protection enjoy within the territorial waters of Muscat the right of inviolability conferred under the treaty of 1844, and this right is not transferable.
