LONDON, Aug. 4. The Japanese drove the Russians from Paleo, Saghalieni southwards, capturing two guns. The Russians hailed once, 25 miles south of Taylen, and sent a flag of truce, stating they had no medical necessaries, and were therefore compelled to terminate hostilities.
