0 Mail Coaches Blocked. (Per Press Association.) GiSBORNIi, Aug. 3. Heavy rain has caused all the'rivers to rise rapidly, and if it continues much' longer as at present, serious damage must result. All the coastal and inland mail coaches are blocks ed, in some cases by heavy slips.
