DIM ud Cmllj fretted. (Received July 31, 9.7 p.m.) LONDON, July 31. TseUu Shan, late Chinese adviser ' tad interpreter at the East Rand mines, has written to the Chronicle, alleging that most of the Chinese were enticed to the Rand under false pretences. They are insufficiently fed and are paid less than the Kaffirs. Tbey are often cruelly sjamboked.
