EGG-LAYING AT BLENHEIM.

BLENHEIM, July 29. During the thirteenth wrek of egglaying competition 2022 eggs were laid, bringing the total to 12,731, and tbe weekly average to 20 1-5 eggs per pen. Mr H. Lcger's While Leghorns (Levin) maintained the lead with 32 lor the week, and an aggregate of 347. Mr Brooks' White Leghorns (South Australia) are 2f> and 323, Mr Jonathan Hudson's White Leghorns, with 22 and 246, displaced from third position Mr Mogridge's Buß Orpingtons, which are credited with 12 and 244.
