THURSDAY, JULY 20. LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. A further 'debate took place on Hon. Wigtaoi's Legislative Council Reform Bill, and was. again adjourned. HOUSK OF RKITvI'JSUNTATIVES. The House met at 2.30 p.m. Sir J. G. Ward gave notice to introduce the Second Ballot Hill. Sir W. Steward's Legislative Council Election Hill was read the second time by 4-1 votes to 21. EVENING SITTING.
