AMALGAMATION SCHEMK EFFECTED. (Received July 18, 9.13 p.m.) LONDON, July 18. At Queen Alexandra's instance a new Red Cross Society has been formed, amalgamating all existing societies. It is designed to assist the sick and wounded during war.
