KING COUNSELS CALMNESS, (Received July 18, 913 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, July 18. King Oscar, interviewed, expressed the hope that the Swedes would remain calm. It would be merely hanging a millstone round their necks to restore tbc Union forcibly. The appointment' ol a Swedish Prince as King would only occasion distrust in tooth countries.
